The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business have the road team Dallas Cowboys favored by -3 points with the total lined at 46 ½ points.

Cowboys have to be concerned about the performance of their team in their 42-17 road defeat at Denver. The offensive line has seen two new starters this season and the Broncos were able to find cracks in the Cowboys pass protection as they were able to bring the heat on quarterback Dak Prescott. The Cowboys second year quarterback threw two interceptions including one that was returned 103 yards for a Broncos touchdown. Wide receiver Dez Bryant is having trouble getting open. He was not getting double teamed by the Denver secondary and that made it very difficult for Prescott to find open receivers in the passing game. Coaches film is revealing Bryant’s inability to break clean from the line of scrimmage and it is taking him longer to get in stride in his route running. Another concern was the play of the Dallas defense. They are still not getting adequate pass rush on the quarterback. They have a young secondary and missed veteran Orlando Scrandrick last week who was out due to injury. Dallas allowed Trevor Siemian to throw for four touchdowns while the Cowboys run defense allowed 178 yards.

Arizona was staring at a possible 0-2 start to the season. Cardinals were down 13-3 with under eight minutes remaining. Cardinals rallied with ten late points with a 45 yard touchdown pass by Carson Palmer and a field goal from 40 yards by Phil Dawson with just over three minutes remaining. In the overtime the Cardinals win on a Dawson 30 yard field goal. Palmer after a poor opener at Detroit bounced back throwing for 332 yards with a touchdown and pick. They will need to improve on a 0 of 3 performance in the red zone last week.

It was a poor defensive effort by the Rams as they surrendered 229 rushing yards in defeat. Rams did a good job of coming back from an early 13-0 deficit to tie the game at 20-20 in the fourth quarter.
