Washington was impressive in their Apple Cup victory beating rival Washington St 41-14 for their second straight victory. Huskies have an outstanding offensive line that has gotten rest and gained strength during this time off. Penn St had their two losses come in step up games at Michigan St by three and at Ohio St by a single point.

On ESPN TV at 8PM Eastern Time it is the Orange Bowl with Miami Hurricanes facing Wisconsin Badgers. Wisconsin is favored by -4 ½ points with the total of 45 points.
