Two Western conference title contenders get this tripleheader of TV games underway as the LA Clippers continue their road trip as they face the Oklahoma City Thunder. Point guard Russell Westbrook returned to the Thunder lineup on Thursday and had 16 points but just two assists. Westbrook was rusty as he goes 4 of 12 from the field.

Game two of the tripleheader will feature two Eastern conference teams as the Chicago Bulls hit the road to face the Miami Heat. The Bulls and Heat tip it off from Miami at 3:30PM Eastern Time over ABC TV. The Heat return home off a six game road trip that saw the club go 5-1 and will ride a four game win streak after their impressive 22 point road victory to Oklahoma City on Thursday night. Chicago has been good defensively as they carried a four game win streak at home to Denver on Friday night with an overall mark of 28-25.

At 9PM Eastern Time the action moves over to ESPN TV as the Houston Rockets will invade the desert to battle the Phoenix Suns. Houston was riding an eight game win streak but saw it end at eight as the Golden St Warriors earns a three point home win over the Rockets in overtime on Thursday night. The Suns opened up play after the break with a road win at Denver and a home win to Boston as they host San Antonio Friday.
