The tripleheader of TV games will begin with NBA Finals rematch from a year ago as the San Antonio Spurs will hit the road to face the Miami Heat. The Spurs and Heat will get things going from Miami at 1PM Eastern Time and ABC TV will provide the coast to coast broadcast. The Lakers and Knicks get underway from Madison Square Garden at 3:30PM Eastern Time. Heading into their Friday meeting with the Magic the Lakers are 2-3 in this seven game road trip. New York is in a major funk right now as they enter their Friday night home contest to Charlotte with a five game losing streak with the defense going south. During the losing streak the team has given up 103 points or greater.

The tripleheader came will feature two Eastern conference clubs as the Brooklyn Nets will hit the road to face the Boston Celtics. The Nets and Celtics will tip it off from Boston at 6:30PM Eastern Time and ESPN TV provides the coast to coast broadcast. After a promising start to the 2013-14 season the Celtics have hit a wall. The team is 3-15 in their past 18 games to fall out of playoff contention. The Brooklyn Nets have moved to the seventh spot in the Eastern conference. Heading into their home game with Dallas on Friday the Nets have won eight of their past nine games.
