The current odds posted at Oddsmaker have this game at a pick em with the over under coming in at 45 points.

With the game at a pick em the money line odds playing on either the Louisville Cardinals or North Carolina St Wolfpack side is a -110 return.

After a 2-4 start to the season the Louisville Cardinals changed their offensive coordinator and turned around their season winning five of their past six games.

The offensive production has greatly increased as the team has averaged 30 points a game over their past four games.

Louisville quarterback Teddy Bridgwater is completing 66% of his passes with 12 touchdowns and nine interceptions.

Senior running back Victor Anderson leads the team with 4.8 yards per carry average on 99 rushes for the season.

Defensively they give up just 19 points a game.

Because North Carolina St had two wins against FCS divisional opponents they needed a win in their final regular season game against hapless Maryland to qualify for a bowl bid.

The team overcame a 41-14 second half deficit to rally for the win.

NC State has senior Mike Glennon at quarterback. The signal caller completed 62% of his passes for 28 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.

The ACC club has four victories against bowl bound teams this season with notable victories coming against North Carolina and Clemson all at home.

They too had a strong finish to the season winning two straight and four of their past six games.

The Wolfpack averaged 28 points a game on the season. But there was a huge drop off for NC State away from home where the team averaged just 15 points per game in six contests.

Since changing their offensive coordinator during a poor start to the season Louisville has come on and finished strong.

The Cardinals is the right side in this game with the coaching change and poor offensive production by the Wolfpack playing away from their home field.

The Louisville Cardinals and North Carolina St Wolfpack will kick off the Belk Bowl from Charlotte North Carolina at 8PM Eastern Time.
