Buffalo has been a very streaky team this year. They began the year at 0-2 and head coach Rex Ryan was on the hot seat and he was favored in the betting of being the first head coach fired this season. Instead Ryan dismissed his offensive coordinator then the Bills ran off a four game winning streak. A notable win came in a shutout 16-0 road win at New England but the Patriots were forced to utilize a third string quarterback with a suspension to Tom Brady and an injury to his backup. Following the four game win streak the Bills have lost two straight dropping decisions at Miami and last week in a 41-25 home defeat to New England. The Bills rank 32nd and last in the league in passing, as they toss for 179 yards per game. Buffalo does sport the number two rushing attack and are hoping that LeSean McCoy’s hamstring is healthy enough so he can start on Monday night. The defense digressed during Rex Ryan’s first year in Buffalo in 2015. They currently sit 16th in the league in total defense by allowing 360 yards per game.

The Seahawks hold first place in the NFC West with a record of 4-2-1. They will be well rested having come off a bye week. They are winless in their past two games with a 6-6 overtime tie at Arizona and dropping a 25-20 road decision at New Orleans. Seattle wore down in the second half at the Saints as the Seahawks defense was on the field for over 46 minutes at the Cardinals. The Seahawks stout defense ranks first in the league in points allowed by surrendering just 15.6 per games.
