Jayhawks have played very well down the stretch as they have won six of their past seven games. Jayhawks in their victory shot 56.1% with 8 of 20 from three. Malik Newman scored 30 points on 11 of 15 shooting.

At 9PM Eastern Time on ESPN TV its an ACC semifinal battle as the Duke Blue Devils face North Carolina Tar Heels from Brooklyn New York. This will be the third meeting between these teams. They just met about a week ago with North Carolina blowing a ten point halftime lead by getting outscored 49-29 in the second half. North Carolina got off to a slow start in the quarterfinals to Miami falling behind 14-0 in the opening minutes. They rallied to take the 32-31 halftime lead then outscored the Hurricanes 50-34 in the second half. Duke had a huge second half rally with the 88-70 win in the quarterfinals to Notre Dame.

The late night game from the PAC 12 semifinals tip at 11:30PM Eastern Time on FOX Sports 1 TV as the Oregon Ducks meet the USC Trojans from Las Vegas. USC opened their PAC 12 play with an impressive 61-48 victory to Oregon St. Trojans got off to a fast start leading 29-19 at the half. Oregon struggled past Washington St in overtime in a first round game. Then rallied for the 68-66 victory to Utah in the quarterfinals.
