North Carolina suffered another tough luck loss in ACC play as they lose at Louisville on Saturday by the score of 78-68. The Tar Heels blew an 11 point halftime lead. Their only other loss in ACC play came on their home court as they dropped a one point decision to Notre Dame back on January 5th. North Carolina guards the perimeter very well as they rank eighth in all of college basketball by allowing 28% shooting from the three point line.

Game 2 of the Big Monday doubleheaders will feature the Big 12 conference as the Kansas Jayhawks will be home against the Iowa St Cyclones at 9PM Eastern Time over on ESPN TV. This is a rematch of their meeting on January 17th that saw Iowa St earned an 86-81 home victory and cover as a -3 ½ point favorite. The Cyclones had a great shooting night in their first meeting as they make nearly 51% of their shots and 45% came from the three point line. Iowa St carries a two game win streak on Monday after home wins against TCU and Texas. Following that road loss to Iowa St the Jayhawks have put together a four game win streak.
