As the calendar flips from January into February the pressure is on now for many NCAA college basketball teams as March Madness is in the Horizon. It all gets underway at 7PM Eastern Time with an ACC conference matchup as the Notre Dame Fighting Irish will travel to face the Syracuse Orange. They two teams will get started from Syracuse at 7PM Eastern Time over ESPN TV. This will be a short turnaround for the Orange as they must regroup after a high profile game on Saturday night in prime time on ESPN as they hosted the Duke Blue Devils. Syracuse was a 20-0 as they played host to Duke. Notre Dame will be also on short rest as they will host the Boston College Eagles on Saturday afternoon.

Big East action will be featured at 7PM Eastern Time as the Xavier Musketeers will travel to meet the Villanova Wildcats. The teams will play from Villanova with Fox Sports 1 providing the coast to coast TV broadcast. Entering play on Saturday the Musketeers are 5-2 in the Big East while Villanova carried a 6-1 conference mark.

Game two of the Big East doubleheader will feature the Georgetown Hoyas on the road to face the DePaul Blue Demons. Tip time from DePaul is set for 9PM Eastern Time and Fox Sports 1 provides the national broadcast. Georgetown has been a major disappointment this season as they are 3-6 straight up in Big East play. This is a rematch of a December 31st meeting where the Hoyas earned the 61-54 road win as a -13 point wagering favorite.

From the Big 12 conference the Iowa St Cyclones will take the court as the road side as they meet the Oklahoma St Cowboys. They hook from Oklahoma St at 9PM Easter Time over ESPN TV. Oklahoma St has historically had a good home court and in 2013-14 they are 10-0 prior to their game on Saturday against Baylor at home. Iowa St has dropped three of four games as they host Oklahoma on Saturday.
