Duke is out for revenge as they lost 82-78 at North Carolina in their first meeting. Both teams are coming off losses. Duke had a five game win streak halted in a one point defeat at Virginia Tech. North Carolina’s six game win streak was snapped as they fell at home to Miami 91-88. Duke has been strong on defense the past few games. No opponent has scored 70 or greater points on the Blue Devils in their past six games.

The late night game begins at 10:15PM Eastern Time on ESPN TV as the USC Trojans have a home date with their cross town rivals UCLA Bruins. USC is favored by -5 ½ points. Both teams are on the bubble but USC is in better shape after beating Colorado and Utah on the road last week. UCLA is 2-7 on the road this season. They fell to 10-7 in the PAC 12 after losing at Colorado and Utah last week. Bruins beat the Trojans in their first meeting held at UCLA 82-79 covering as a one point favorite.
