The team sits near the top of college basketball in three point shooting by limiting opponents to 28.7% from beyond the arc.

At 9PM Eastern Time on ESPN2 TV the Davidson Wildcats have a home date with the VCU Rams. Davidson checks in at 15-14 this season and 10-1 on the home court. Wildcats have lost two straight all on the road following their 80-63 road defeat to Richmond Spiders. Team shot only 40% in the loss and pulled down nine fewer rebounds than the Spiders. VCU has struggled shooting the basketball this year as they sit in the lower half in the nation connecting on 43.1% on the season.
