At 9PM Eastern Time on ESPN the Texas Longhorns will host the Baylor Bears. Texas has a record of 14-9 on the campaign and 9-4 on the home court. They need a strong finish to earn an at large bid into the NCAA Tournament. They dropped the first meeting to Baylor 59-44 on the road. Team has lost two straight and five of seven after a 62-57 home defeat to Texas Tech on Saturday. Longhorns blew a 31-19 halftime lead. It was a poor shooting night for the Longhorns connecting on 34% and only 6 of 25 from three point range. Only two scored in double digits for Texas. Baylor checks in at 21-1 and a perfect 6-0 on the highway. They remain undefeated in conference following their 78-70 home win to Oklahoma St on Saturday. All starters scored in double digits for the Bears. They survived a 42% shooting game and missing 13 of 33 free throws. Baylor has been an elite defensive team on the year holding opponents to 59 points and 38.8% shooting.
