With injuries to their first and second string quarterback its rookie T.J. Yates at quarterback.

Yates had two interceptions last week in their 28-13 home loss to Carolina.

It has been a disastrous year for the Indianapolis Colts in the 2011 season as they have had to play without their leader Peyton Manning who has missed the entire year due to a neck injury.

The Colts will have veteran journeymen Dan Orlovsky under center on Thursday night football. The signal caller is completing 64% of his passes with four touchdowns and two interceptions.

Orloskey was at quarterback last week in the Colts 27-13 home win against the Tennessee Titans last week.

The Indianapolis Colts quarterback completed 11 of 17 passes for just 82 yards and a touchdown.

The Colts leaned heavily on their run game last week with 205 yards rushing on the Titans defense.

Indy running back Donald Brown ran for 161 yards and a touchdown on his 16 carries in the teams first victory of their nightmare season.

The Thursday night NFL football game between the Texans and Colts can be watched on national television over the NFL Network at 8:20PM Eastern Time.
