The point spread at Oddsmaker is currently set with the home club Denver Nuggets favored by -4 points with an over under of 196 ½ points. Betting the Denver Nuggets on the money line will return bettors a -175 odds return on their investment. If you think Kobe Bryant and his LA Lakers can pull off the upset win you will earn +155 odds return on your money line bet. The Lakers have not been a good road team this season standing at just 2-7 this year. Those two wins came at Minnesota and Utah. The issue for LA is handling the altitude with an old team and dealing with the energy the Nuggets bring from their home court.

LA will benefit with much more rest than Denver as the Lakers last played on Tuesday night while the Nuggets are on the back end of a back to back and playing their third game in four nights. This is the second part of a back to back to back for Denver as they are in Portland tomorrow. Kobe Bryant is leading the Lakers with 30 points per night average as he makes 45.5% of his shots. Andrew Bynum has shown great improvement for LA as he puts in over 16 points a game and pulls down 12 rebounds. The Lakers lack of quality behind the big three will be an issue here as Ty Lawson is a nightmare matchup.

Denver blew out the LA Clippers last night by the score of 112-91 behind a strong second half effort against a tired Clippers team playing their fourth game in five nights. No Nugget player played more than 35 minutes last night and only two players played for over 30 minutes. The Nuggets can go nine players deep on their roster so fatigue will not be a factor tonight.
