It all gets started at 11AM Eastern Time as the Washington Nationals will host the San Francisco Giants on the MLB Network. Scheduled starters will be Madison Bumgarner for the Giants as he opposes Edwin Jackson for the Nationals. San Francisco starter Bumgarner a left hander has allowed one earned run or less in three of his past four starts. Edwin Jackson for the Nationals looks to bounce back after a poor outing on Thursday where he allowed the Colorado Rockies eight earned runs and ten hits over three innings.

The second game of the tripleheader will feature regional television coverage on the MLB Network. Most of the nation will get game three of the AL east divisional series between the New York Yankees and Tampa Bay Rays beginning at 3PM Eastern Time. On the hill for the Yankees will be David Phelps and he faces David Price from the Rays. With injuries to Sabathia and Pettite, Phelps will make his third start of the year for the Yankees. Back on May 9th he allowed Tampa Bay no earned runs and three hits in 4 2/3rds innings.

In the New York and Tampa Bay markets at 4PM Eastern Time on MLB Network it will be the Boston Red Sox facing the Oakland Athletics. Franklin Morales will take the mound for the Red Sox as he faces A.J. Griffin for the Athletics. Morales is coming off a good start on Thursday where he allowed no earned runs over seven innings to the Mariners. Griffin makes his third start this season. He allowed a total of two earned runs combined in two starts to Texas and San Francisco.

The final game of the Fourth of July tripleheader will have the Texas Rangers on the road to face the Chicago White Sox. First pitch is at 7PM Eastern time televised nationally by ESPN. Scott Feldman will get the start for Texas as he faces Dylan Axelrod for the White Sox. Feldman has been hit hard this year as he sits with an ERA over six in eight starts.
