Arizona Diamondbacks: Yes +165 odds. No -210. Diamondbacks fell short of an NL Wildcard in 2019 by four games to Milwaukee. Torey Lovullo enters his fourth season as manager. His teams finished with a winning record in each of his three seasons with one playoff appearance. There is power in this Diamondbacks lineup. Eduardo Escobar belted 35 homers, Ketel Marte 32 and Christian Walker with 29. Madison Bumgarner joins the rotation in free agency with quality arms in Robbie Ray and Zac Gallen.

Colorado Rockies: Yes +600 odds. No -1000. Bud Black returns for his fourth season as the Rockies manager. He comes off a 71-91 mark in 2019 and carries a .511 winning percentage in the time with the team. Black has led the Rockies to the playoffs in his first two seasons. But 2019 was bad. Jon Gray was the only starter with an ERA under four. German Marquez ERA was approaching five. But the rest of the rotation was a disaster with ERA of 6.71 for Senzatela, 6.73 for Freeland and 7.25 for Peter Lambert. Nolan Arenado led the Rockies with 41 homers and a .315 batting average but is unhappy with the team.

San Diego Padres: Yes +210 odds. No -280. Jayce Tingler will manage San Diego in the 2020 season. He has no managerial experience in the Majors and spent the past two seasons as a coach with the Texas Rangers. Manny Machado led the team with 32 homers. Two of their top three home run producers in Hunter Renfroe and Framil Reyes exit the team. Chris Paddack is the staff ace in the rotation. Joey Lucchesi and Dinelson Lamet are quality arms in the starting staff.

San Francisco Giants: Yes +800 odds. No -1500.  Gabe Kapler takes over as manager of the Giants in 2020. He previously served as the Phillies manager for two seasons where he finished with a .497 winning percentage. Mike Yastrzemski led the team with 21 homers and a .272 batting average. There was a big drop off offensively in the rest of the starting lineup. Pitching staff lose Madison Bumgarner in free agency. Other than Johnny Cueto and Jeff Samardzija there are many question marks in their starting rotation.
