ESPN Sunday Night Baseball gets underway at 7PM Eastern Time with the Boston Red Sox hosting the LA Dodgers. Starting for Boston will be lefty David Price to oppose Dodgers lefthander Hyun Jin Ryu. Boston wins the first game of this series on Friday night to move to 50-41 for their fifth straight win. LA has dropped four straight. They lost the final three games prior to the All Star Break at home to San Diego scoring a total of six runs. Hyun Jin Ryu enters play with a 10-2 mark in seventeen starts with an ERA of 1.73 and WHIP of 0.91. He comes off a good home outing to San Diego allowing no runs and three hits over six innings in a 5-1 win to San Diego. David Price sits at 7-2 in sixteen starts with an ERA of 3.24 and WHIP of 1.14. Price held the Tigers on the road to one run over five innings. He has allowed two earned runs or fewer in nine of his past ten starts. They are two games in the loss column back of Tampa Bay and Cleveland for an AL Wildcard spot.
