The righthander looks to rebound after poor home start to Cincinnati where he allowed eight earned runs over 5 1/3rd innings.

On MLB Extra Innings Channel at 7PM Eastern Time the Minnesota Twins have a home date with the Oakland Athletics. Scheduled on the hill for Minnesota will be Jose Berrios as he will meet Athletics lefty Brett Anderson. Oakland opened this four game series at 54-41 after winning four straight at home to the White Sox and winning two of three at Seattle coming off the break. Brett Anderson is 9-5 on the year with an ERA of 3.79. He held the White Sox to two earned runs over 6 2/3rd innings in a 3-2 team win to the White Sox. Minnesota traveled to Oakland looking to rebound after getting swept at home in a two game series with the Mets. That came after winning two of three at a surging Cleveland Indians team off the break. Berrios is 8-5 with an ERA of 3.10 on the year. He worked at Cleveland on Sunday giving up three earned runs over five innings of a 4-3 team loss.
