The Sunday action gets underway at 1PM Eastern Time as the Chicago Bulls and Philadelphia 76ers meet for a key game four of this best of seven playoff series on ABC TV. Heading into Friday’s action the 76ers were able to respond in game two against the Bulls. Chicago will be playing the rest of the playoffs without point guard Derrick Rose who is out with a torn knee ligament.

Immediately following the Bulls and 76ers on ABC TV at 3:30PM Eastern Time Lebron James and his Miami Heat will look to close out the New York Knicks. The teams will have two days of rest between games as the Heat blew out New York 87-70 in game three to take the commanding 3-0 series lead over the Knicks. The current odds at Oddsmaker have the road club Miami Heat favored by -8 points with the over under coming in at 184 points. Miami put on a strong defensive effort limiting New York to just 31.9% shooting in game three. The only concern for Miami backers is the fact the Heat are fat and happy up 3-0 and have Friday and Saturday night to carouse the New York city nightlife. Bettors have to be concerned about Miami bringing their “A” game in game four.

A game four in the Eastern conference playoffs is scheduled at 7PM Eastern Time over TNT TV as the Boston Celtics will host the Boston Celtics. Atlanta looked like they were going up 2-0 in this series and choked away game two by being outscored 26-14 in the fourth period by the Celtics who were playing without Rajon Rondo. Both teams have played great defense and it really comes down to fourth quarter execution and it’s hard to dismiss the Celtics who have plenty of experience pulling out grinded it out type of games.

The nightcap of the playoff quadruple header will conclude with the 9:30PM Eastern Time tip off between the LA Lakers and Denver Nuggets with national television over TNT. Denver’s defense has failed them in the first two games of the series as they have had no answers for Kobe Bryant and Andrew Bynum heading into Friday night.
