Should Charlotte earn a playoff spot they will be no better than the eighth seed and will face Milwaukee in the first round. Hornets have won nine of their past ten meetings with the Magic. Orlando has won three straight and eight of their past ten games after a playoff clinching 116-108 road win at Boston on Sunday. Magic enters with two days of rest.

The late night game begins at 10:30PM Eastern Time on ESPN TV as the LA Clippers are home to the Utah Jazz. The LA Clippers currently sit in the eighth seed and are looking at a first round matchup with the Golden St Warriors. LA can move into the seventh seed with a win and San Antonio loss to Dallas. Clippers are looking at a possible first round meeting with the Warriors with three straight losses with a notable bad home loss to the LA Lakers 122-117 on Friday. Clippers will play with two days of rest after a 131-104 road defeat at Golden St on Sunday. During this three game losing steak the Clippers have been defending poorly. Utah has been locked as the fifth seed in the Western conference after Portland defeated the LA Lakers on Tuesday. Jazz have won eight of nine after their 118-108 home win to Denver. A critical loss for the Jazz came on Sunday in a 113-109 defeat at the LA Lakers. Jazz will be on a back to back in this spot and playing their third game in four nights.
