It was a team effort by the Celtics. All starters scored in double digits and Marcus Smart off the bench had 11 points with nine assists. Jaylen Brown a second year player from Cal has scored 23 points in each of the first two games of this series and has averaged seven rebounds per game. Al Horford continues to be a productive player for the Celtics. He had 20 points and six assists in Game 1. In Game two Horford played 37 minutes and had 15 points and 10 rebounds. Horford has scored in double digits in every game of the playoffs. Cleveland outshot the Celtics in Game 2 but the Cavs committed 15 turnovers to the Celtics 6.
