It all gets started at 8PM Eastern Time on TNT as the Houston Rockets host the Cleveland Cavaliers. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Houston Rockets favored by -5 ½ points with the over under line of 228 points.

Cleveland had lost five of their past six games prior to the 124-119 victory to the Milwaukee Bucks. The Cavaliers defense has been atrocious. The team allows 114 points along with 48% from the field to their opponents. Cleveland is the oldest team in the NBA and it shows watching this team play defense and not helping out under the basket quickly enough. Houston is off to an 8-3 start to the season. The team has a three game win streak after their 137-110 victory at home to the Utah Jazz. Rockets are averaging 110 points per game with 45.7% shooting. Houston have been missing point guard Chris Paul who is expected to miss the next two weeks with a knee issue.

The late night games tips at 10:30PM Eastern Time on TNT TV as the Denver Nuggets are home to the Oklahoma City Thunder. Oklahoma City is favored by -1 with the total set at 214 points.

It may be time to panic at Oklahoma City. Thunder is off to a 4-6 record as they went into lowly Sacramento and came away with a 94-86 defeat. OKC has lost three straight straight games. Oklahoma City is only shooting 44.4% from the field. This with Carmelo Anthony, Russell Westbrook and Paul George healthy on the season. Denver Nuggets enters play at 6-5 on the campaign. This will be their fifth game of a six game home stand. Nuggets are 3-1 during it. They were in action Monday defeating the Brooklyn Nets 112-104 but failing to cover as a -12 ½ point favorite. Denver is shooting 46% from the floor with 36.7% from three point line. These numbers are better than the Thunder is delivering.
