It was a needed win as OKC had lost five of six entering play.

The late night game gets going at 10:30PM Eastern Time on TNT TV as the Denver Nuggets have a home date with the San Antonio Spurs. San Antonio will be on the back end of a back to back after they blew a fourth quarter lead in a 101-99 road defeat at the Utah Jazz as a +4 underdog. San Antonio failed to hold a 13 point lead. Spurs were 6 of 25 from three and missed 8 of 25 free throws in defeat. Denver has been tough to beat at home. After a 26 point defeat at Houston the Nuggets traveled to Phoenix on Saturday and win 123-113 covering as a -7 ½ point favorite for their fourth win in five games.
