The Washington Wizards behind point guard John Wall will have a stern test right out of the gates as they host LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. Things get started from Washington at 8PM Eastern Time and ESPN TV has the coast to coast broadcast. The Cleveland Cavaliers hit the All Star Break winners of 14 of their past 16 games as their offense has surged and their defense has greatly improved. The team needs to continue to work on their defense as the club ranks 21st in the league by allowing 45.7% shooting per game. James is averaging 26 points per game and hitting on 49% of his shots. It has been a rough season for Cavaliers forward Kevin Love as he has had trouble with shooting accuracy as he hits just 41% from the field. Washington is 33-21 on the year and struggled into the All Star Break losers of six of their past eight games. They ran into struggles on the offensive end as the club has been held to 96 points or fewer in five of their past six games. Veteran guard John Wall is averaging 17 points a game but most importantly is shooting a career high 46% from the field.

The late night game over on ESPN at 10:30PM Eastern Time has the Golden St Warriors home to the San Antonio Spurs. This will be a rough spot for the San Antonio Spurs as they must play the Warriors on a back to back after playing at the LA Clippers on Thursday night. The Spurs played well hitting the All Star Break as they get Kawhi Leonard back into the lineup after suffering through a hand injury. The Spurs have won seven of nine games hitting the break. Golden St has a league best 42-9 record. They wore out a bit hitting the All Star break being limited to just 89 points at Philadelphia and 94 at Minnesota in close wins.
