In a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals the Golden St Warriors will be home to the Cleveland Cavaliers at 5PM Eastern Time on ABC TV. This is the big one of the Christmas Day card. Golden St is off to a 27-1 start after beating Utah at home by the score of 103-85. Cleveland travels to the west coast after a seven point home victory to the Nets to extend their winning streak to six straight games.

The San Antonio Spurs will be featured in prime time at 8PM Eastern Time on ESPN TV as the will travel to meet the Houston Rockets. The Spurs are off to a 25-5 start and have won seven straight after a 25 point victory at Minnesota on Wednesday. Houston is 15-15 after dropping a three point decision at Orlando. The Rockets are 27th in the NBA in points allowed and defensive field goal percentage. They are giving up 105 points per game along with 46.4% shooting.

The late night game gets underway at 10:30PM Eastern Time as the LA Lakers will host the LA Clippers on ESPN. Kobe Bryant’s final season with the Lakers is appearing to be the worst as the team is 5-25. Clippers aren’t happy with a 16-13 record. They have lost three straight after a one point home loss to Oklahoma City on Monday.
