Appalachian St finished with an impressive 10-2 mark this year. Ohio concluded regular season play at 8-4 and is coming off a nice win at Northern Illinois.

The Cure Bowl begins at 7PM Eastern Time on CBS Sports Network from Orlando Florida as the Georgia St Panthers will meet the San Jose St Spartans. San Jose St is favored on the road by -3 ½ points. San Jose St is one of three teams in a bowl game with a losing 5-7 mark. Georgia St really wanted a bowl berth with four straight wins to move from 2-6 to 6-6.

The late night game will go off at 9PM Eastern Time on ESPN TV in the New Orleans Bowl as the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs will meet the Arkansas St Red Wolves. Louisiana Tech is favored by -2 points. Louisiana Tech at 8-4 enters on a down note with a huge loss to Southern Mississippi that cost them a berth in the Conference USA championship game. Arkansas St is 9-3 and champions of the Sun Belt conference.
