The Music City Bowl features two storied programs from college football as the LSU Tigers will meet the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The teams begin play from Nashville Tennessee at 3PM Eastern Time with ESPN providing the coast to coast broadcast. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the LSU Tigers the -7 ½ point favorite with a total of 52 ½ points. Notre Dame had a promising start to their season at 6-0. They then faced Florida St on the road and lost a hard fought battle 31-27. The team went just 1-5 over their past six games with the only win coming to Navy 49-39. The worst was the final regular season game where the Fighting Irish traveled out west and were blown out 49-14 at USC. LSU concluded regular season play with a mark of 8-4. It was a struggle at the quarterback positing behind Anthony Jennings who had problems with his accuracy. As a result the Tigers finished 116th in the nation in passing and 74th in points scored per game.

The Belk Bowl has the Louisville Cardinals battling the Georgia Bulldogs from North Carolina at 6:30PM Eastern Time over ESPN TV. Georgia is favored by -7 points with a total of 56 ½ points. Head coach Bobby Petrino has this Louisville team heading in the right direction as the club finished with a respectable 9-3 mark. They had the sixth best defense in college football by allowing just 294 yards per game. With a first year starter under center Georgia still finished 8th in points scored at 41 per game.

The late night game will be the Foster Farms Bowl from Santa Clara California at 10PM Eastern Time as the Stanford Cardinal will meet the Maryland Terrapins broadcasted by ESPN. Stanford is the -14 point favorite with an over under line of 48 points. Stanford digressed in 2014 as the club enters play with a record of 7-5. Much of the criticism comes on starting quarterback Kevin Hogan who doesn’t make big plays with the game on the line. Maryland is 7-5 and was crushed against the upper tier teams from the Big Ten conference.
