Mountaineers have won five straight after their 24-21 home defeat to Georgia Southern. UAB ended their regular season at 9-4. Their three game win streak was snapped in a 49-6 road loss in the Conference USA title game to FAU. Both defenses played well this season with the Blazers allowing 295 yards and the Mountaineers 335 yards.
