The BYU Cougars are 1-3 on the campaign. They have had a tough schedule and have hard luck losses this year. BYU dropped a one point decision at Utah and lost by a field goal at home to UCLA and West Virginia. Toledo is 3-0 and coming off a bye week after their 52-17 home victory to Fresno St. They have a 21 point road victory at Arkansas St in their opener.
