The action gets underway at 6:30PM Eastern Time on ESPN News as the Central Florida Knights will host the Memphis Tigers. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Central Florida Knights favored by -3 points with the over under line set at 69 points. The game is rescheduled from Friday due to Hurricane Irma. Memphis opened up play hosting UL Monroe and failed to cover 27 ½ points in a 37-29 home victory. Central Florida opened up their season by blowing out Florida International at home 61-17 as they outgain the Golden Panthers by 261 yards.

At 8PM Eastern Time on FOX Sports 1 the Purdue Boilermakers welcome into town the Ohio Bobcats. Purdue is favored by -4 points with the total set at 57 points. Boilermakers look like an improved team as they cover in a 35-28 defeat on a neutral field to Louisville. Quarterback David Blough threw for 175 yards and two touchdowns but will have to cut down on the picks as he threw two in defeat. On defense Purdue forced three Louisville lost fumbles. Ohio beat an FCS school in their opener beating Hampton 59-0 at home covering a 36 point line. Bobcats outgained Hampton by 312 yards.

South Alabama Jaguars will battle a high profile team in their home stadium facing Oklahoma St Cowboys at 8PM Eastern Time on ESPN 2. Oklahoma St is favored by -28 points with a total of 66 ½ points. Oklahoma St blew out a good team in Week 1 as the Cowboys win 59-24 at home to Tulsa. Quarterback Mason Rudolph passed for 303 yards and three touchdowns. The offensive production was balanced as the Cowboys ran for 332 yards on the Golden Hurricane defense. South Alabama earned a back door cover with two late touchdowns losing 47-27 to Mississippi and covering as a 22 point underdog. A concern is the Jaguars pass defense that gave up 429 yards and chunks of yardage per reception.
