Two rivals square off at 9:30PM Eastern Time on CBS Sports Network as the Colorado St Rams host Colorado Buffaloes. Colorado is favored by -7 ½ points with the total set at 65 ½ points. Colorado failed to make a bowl last year as the team fell to 5-7. Quarterback Steven Montez returns as starting quarterback looking to improve on a poor sophomore season. Buffaloes couldn’t match their defensive numbers of their bowl year in 2016 as the team allowed 108 more yards and seven more points in 2017. Colorado St looks to rebound after a 43-34 home defeat to Hawaii last week. Rams struggled defending the four wide receiver sets by Hawaii giving up 418 passing yards.
