It all gets underway at 7PM Eastern Time on ESPN 2 TV as the Syracuse Orange are home to the Louisville Cardinals. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Syracuse Orange favored by -21 points with the over under line of 69 points. It has been a rough season for Louisville as they are bowl eliminated at 2-7. This is a team that lost a lot of playmakers on offense last year including starting quarterback Lamar Jackson. They are on a five game losing streak after their 77-16 road defeat at Clemson. Two weeks back they allowed 56 at home to Wake Forest. Four weeks ago Georgia Tech scored 66 on the Cardinals. Syracuse is 7-2 and on a three game win streak after their 41-34 road win at Wake Forest. Orange has an NFL prospect at quarterback in Eric Dungy who leads an offense that generates 479 yards and 43 points per game.

The late night game kicks off at 10:15PM Eastern Time on ESPN 2 TV as the Boise St Broncos have a home date with the Fresno St Bulldogs. Fresno St is favored on the road by -2 ½ points with the over under line of 54 points. Fresno St is off to a good season with a mark of 8-1. They have beaten up on a lot of the weaker teams in a down Mountain West conference. Their lone loss came at Minnesota early in the season 21-14 as the team had trouble sustaining drive on third down. Boise St will carry a four game win streak into this matchup with Fresno St. The team has dropped games at home to San Diego St and at Oklahoma St to ruin their chances at a New Year’s Day bowl. Last week the team failed to cover as a -11 ½ point favorite at home to BYU winning 21-16. Boise St had their run game sputtered with only 113 yards for 3.1 yards per carry.
