Northern Illinois has won ten straight against the Bulls. Last year the teams met in Buffalo with NIU winning 14-13 but not covering as a -7 ½ point favorite. The Huskies since clinching a spot in the MAC title game has lost two straight after dropping a 28-21 decision at Western Michigan. Northern Illinois has struggled on offense this season averaging 318 yards and 19.9 points per game.

Buffalo needed a win at Bowling Green last week to clinch a berth in this spot. Bulls blew out the Falcons 44-14. The win was necessary because Buffalo was blown out at Ohio 52-17 two weeks ago. It had broken a four game win streak. Bulls have the better offense as the team gains 419.9 yards with 35.3 points per game.

The Rose Bowl berth is at stake in the PAC 12 championship game from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara as the Washington Huskies host the Utah Utes at 8PM Eastern Time on FOX. Washington is favored by -5 points with the over under line set at 45 points. Washington earns a spot here after a dominating win at Washington St last week on the road. Huskies did beat the Utes on the road this season. Team has put together a three game win streak since their 12-10 road defeat at California. Huskies offense did struggle against the better defenses.

Utah has won seven of eight overcoming a 20-0 halftime deficit to beat BYU at home 35-27 not covering as a -10 ½ point favorite. Utah lost their starting quarterback four weeks ago and is going with a freshman quarterback in Shelley. This will be the best defense he has faced in his college career.
