It will be an SEC showdown at 3:30PM Eastern Time on CBS TV with the Tennessee Volunteers hosting the Georgia Bulldogs. Georgia is favored by -7 ½ points with a total of 47. Tennessee has won the past two meetings with Georgia. Virginia Tech has a Week 1 win at home to West Virginia 31-24 but the competition has been soft since with wins against Delaware, East Carolina and Old Dominion. Clemson has run the football extremely well and will test the Hokies defense.

At 8PM Eastern Time on FOX TV the Texas Tech Red Raiders will host Oklahoma St Cowboys. Oklahoma St is favored by -10 ½ points with the total set at 85. Oklahoma St suffered their first loss of the season getting beat at home to TCU 44-31. They have little margin for error in their hopes for a playoff spot. After beating Arizona ST 52-45 two weeks ago the Red Raiders defeated Houston on the road 27-24. Texas Tech has issues defending the pass allowing 287 yards per game.

ESPN TV will broadcast at 9PM Eastern Time Alabama at home to the Mississippi Rebels. Alabama is favored by -27 with the total of 59. Alabama opened up play in the SEC by blowing out Vanderbilt last week 59-0. Ole Miss suffered their only loss of the season traveling to California and losing 27-16 by failing to score in the second half.
