The action gets underway at 7PM Eastern Time on ESPN 2 TV as the Akron Zips host the Kent St Golden Flashes. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Akron Zips favored by -15 points with the total set at 45 ½ points. Akron became bowl eligible at 6-5 as they pulled the upset home victory to Ohio last week 37-34 as a 14 ½ point underdog. The win put the Zips in position for a berth in the MAC championship game. With a win or an Ohio loss the Zips are headed into the MAC title game next week. Kent St is having a poor season at 2-9. Golden Flashes struggles for offense as they average 280 yards and 12.6 points per game. Kent St is 0-3 on the road in the MAC with losses by 21 points or greater.

On ESPN 3 at 7PM Eastern Time the Ball St Cardinals are home to the Miami Ohio Redhawks. Miami Ohio is favored by -18 with the total set at 57 ½ points. Balls St will be happy to get this season over. It was pure misery for this school as the Cardinals lost every MAC game by 16 or greater points. Prior to their 40-24 home defeat to Buffalo last week, Ball St lost six straight MAC games by 28 or greater points. Miami Ohio at 4-7 will not make a bowl game after their 27-24 defeat at home to Eastern Michigan. After closing the 2016 regular season at 6-0 there were high hopes for the Redhawks but it turned into a disappointing season.

Eastern Michigan Eagles have a home date with the Bowling Green Falcons on ESPN 3 at 7PM Eastern Time. Eastern Michigan is favored by -13 with the total set at 59 ½ points. It was a great 2016 season for Eastern Michigan as the team made a bowl game after years of mediocrity. Eagles have been an unlucky team with several close losses and will not make a bowl with a record of 4-7 entering Tuesday. It is a disappointing year for Bowling Green as the team is 2-9 with wins in the MAC at Kent and home to Miami Ohio.
