Utes have been a stout defense holding opponents to 239 yards offensively with 65 rushing for 2.7 yards per run. USC suffers their first loss of the season after their 39-27 defeat at BYU last week. Freshman quarterback Kedon Clovis threw three interceptions in the loss and the Trojans defense didn’t force any away from the Cougars. USC pass defense struggled in the loss giving up 299 yards passing on 21 of 34 completions.
