Tipping off at 12:40PM Eastern Time over TRU TV the North Carolina St Wolfpack out of the ACC conference will face the San Diego St Aztecs from the Mountain West conference. NC State had a solid run going through the trying ACC Tournament last week making it the finals in a close loss to North Carolina. San Diego St was spanked by New Mexico in the Mountain West conference tournament final.

An ACC versus SEC matchup is set to go at 2:10PM Eastern Time over TNT as the Virginia Cavaliers and their slow style will face the up tempo style of the Florida Gators. Virginia went 0-5 combined against North Carolina, Duke and Florida St this season. Florida has lost four of their past five entering the NCAA Tournament.

One of the more attractive second round NCAA Tournament games will see the Purdue Boilermakers battling the St Mary’s Gaels from the WCC conference over TRU TV at 7:25PM Eastern Time. Purdue has 12 losses on the season and the St Mary’s Gaels were winners of the WCC Conference tournament.

The Xavier Musketeers a fortunate NCAA Tournament at large team out of the Atlantic 10 conference will face off against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish out of the Big East conference with a tip time of 9:45PM Eastern Time over CBS Television. Xavier was rewarded for a deep run into the A10 conference tournament. Notre Dame benefitted from a solid start in Big East conference play early but really faded down the stretch.
