In Elite 8 matchup number one we will have the winner of Syracuse and Wisconsin playing the winner from the Sweet 16 matchup between the Cincinnati Bearcats and Ohio St Buckeyes. Syracuse and Ohio St is a strong possibility for this Elite 8 matchup. Whoever survives the Sweet 16 we are definitely looking at a defensive style game on Saturday.

The other Saturday Elite 8 college basketball game will see the winner from the Louisville Cardinals and Michigan St contest taking on the winner of Florida and Marquette. Hoop enthusiasts are hoping for a Michigan St and Marquette meeting as the high scoring up tempo Golden Eagles team may present a test for Michigan St who will prepare on just one day in between for this possible Sunday game.

The Sunday two Elite 8 NCAA Tournament contests will both be televised over CBS with game start times at 2:10PM Eastern Time and 4:55PM Eastern Time.

One matchup will feature the winner of the Xavier Musketeers and Baylor Bears Sweet 16 matchup going up against the Indiana Hoosiers versus Kentucky Wildcats combatant. Baylor and Kentucky are on paper favored to face off on Sunday. Baylor has looked a bit shaky during this NCAA Tournament and has drawn easy path should they make it to Sunday with wins against South Dakota St, Colorado and Xavier to get to Kentucky in the regional Finals if the Wildcats can beat the Hoosiers.

The second Sunday NCAA Tournament Elite 8 game will find the survivor from the Ohio Bobcats and North Carolina Tar Heels Friday game facing the winner of the North Carolina St Wolfpack and Kansas Jayhawks battle. Kansas will enjoy the site advantage as this regional final will be played in St Louis Missouri. North Carolina is as huge favorite to beat Ohio but have suffered injuries to their guards.
