On CBS TV at 8PM Eastern Time the Oakland Raiders are hosting the Tennessee Titans. The Raiders are favored by -3 points with the total lined at 43 ½ points. After a nice road outing in Arizona in week one the team had a poor offensive effort in a 20-12 road defeat at Green Bay last week. Raiders produced only 187 offensive yards with a run game that produced only 46 rushing yards on 19 carries. Tennessee 1-1 in the preseason. They opened with an outstanding offensive performance in a 27-10 home victory to San Diego. A week ago they hosted Carolina and fell 26-16. Tennessee had no answer for the Carolina passing game that produced 340 yards.
