The action begins at 1PM Eastern Time on CBS TV as the Atlanta Falcons host the Kansas City Chiefs. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Atlanta Falcons favored by -4 ½ points with the total set at 49 points. The Falcons got back in the win column as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals 38-19 behind a strong second half performance. Kansas City is coming off a huge road win in a divisional game at Denver 30-27 in overtime. Alex Smith was clutch in the closing seconds to force overtime as he completed a touchdown pass and two point conversion in the closing seconds. Both teams are in good form as the Falcons have won three of four and the Chiefs six of seven games.

On FOX TV at 4:25PM Eastern Time the Pittsburgh Steelers have a home date against the New York Giants. Pittsburgh is favored by -6 points with the over under line of 48 ½ points. The Giants are 8-3 but two games back of Dallas in the NFC East. They have won six straight after a 27-13 road victory at Cleveland. The competition in those victories has been rather weak as the Steelers are New York’s biggest test in seven weeks. Pittsburgh moved into a tie with Baltimore atop the AFC North with a 6-5 record as they went on the road on Thanksgiving night and came away with the 28-7 road victory at Indianapolis.

Sunday Night Football goes off at 8:30PM Eastern Time on NBC TV as the Seattle Seahawks are home to the Carolina Panthers. Seattle is a -7 point wagering favorite with the total set at 44 ½ points. Carolina suffered a huge loss as they failed to hold onto an eight point fourth quarter lead in a 35-32 loss at Oakland to move the Panthers to 4-7. The Seahawks return home after a poor offensive showing in a 14-5 defeat at Tampa Bay.
