At 1PM Eastern Time on CBS TV the Houston Texans will host the Jacksonville Jaguars. The current odds available for wagering at Oddsmaker, where the bonuses are the best in the business has the home side Houston Texans favored by -6 ½ points with the over under line set at 40 points. Houston Texans sit at 10-5 overall and with a win clinch the AFC South division. Coupled with a New England loss Houston would earn a first round bye. A loss by Houston will send the Texans to the road next week in the wildcard round. Texans did fight back from a 13 point fourth quarter deficit at Philadelphia last week to take a one point lead only to lose on a field goal in the closing seconds. Jacksonville had dropped eight of nine until they went into Miami last week and won 17-7. Blake Bortles will start at quarterback for the Jaguars.

On FOX TV at 4:25PM Eastern Time the Minnesota Vikings have a home date with the Chicago Bears. Minnesota is favored by -4 ½ points with the total set at 40 ½ points. Chicago has won the NFC North division. With a win and Rams loss the Bears would earn a first round bye. Vikings with a victory will earn an NFC Wildcard. A loss and Eagles win then the Vikings are eliminated from the playoffs. Bears head coach Nagy says he will be scoreboard watching hinting that if the Rams get a huge lead on San Francisco he may pull the starters. Minnesota has shown improvement defensively since their loss at the Rams.

Sunday Night Football will feature a win and in the playoffs race as the Tennessee Titans host the Indianapolis Colts. Indianapolis is favored by -3 ½ points with the total set at 43 ½ points. Winner of this game will earn a playoff spot. They would also get a division title should Houston lose. Colts quarterback Andrew Luck has never lost to the Titans. Tennessee has been strong defensively the past three games. But the team could be without starting quarterback Marcus Mariota who has a stinger which would put Blaine Gabbart in as the starter.
