Kings are winners of five straight and trails San Jose by two points for the final playoff spot. Colorado sits in the 12th seed trailing San Jose by 7 points. LA Kings hits the road after a 3-2 home win on Monday to Tampa Bay. Colorado has won two straight after a 5-2 home win to Arizona on Monday.

A notable game over NHL Center Ice Package will begin at 9:30PM Eastern Time as the Calgary Flames will play host to the Minnesota Wild. Calgary with 67 points holds a three point lead over the Kings for the final playoff berth. Minnesota has 63 points and three points behind the Sharks for the final playoff spot. It was a nice comeback for Calgary on Monday as they fell behind 3-0 in the second period and rallied for the 4-3 home overtime win to the Boston Bruins. Despite the road loss to Vancouver on Monday, the Wild have won eight of ten with one of the loss coming in overtime.

The Anaheim Ducks will host the Tampa Bay Lightning at 10PM Eastern Time over on NHL Center Ice Package. Both teams look like locks for the playoffs. Tampa Bay is 1-1 on this five game road trip after a 3-2 road defeat at the LA Kings on Monday. Anaheim has struggle of late losers of four of five games after a 5-3 home defeat to Washington on Sunday.
