The action tips off at 8PM Eastern Time over TNT as a critical game six will be played in the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers series. One team will face elimination here as the series was tied at 2-2 heading into Tuesday. The Heat were able to find answers in game four in their quest to advance to the Eastern Conference finals without the services of Chris Bosh. Problem is it took a 40 point game from Lebron James and 30 points from Dwyane Wade to achieve a 101-93 road win in game four. Hard to believe the dynamic duo can keep up this scoring pace. At some point someone else will need to step up for Miami.

From the NHL Western conference finals we put as asterisk to game six as it will be played in necessary in the LA Kings versus Phoenix Coyotes series at 9PM Eastern Time over the NBC Sports Network. Phoenix avoided the 4-0 sweep by winning game four 2-0 at Staples Center. If Phoenix can win game five at home on Tuesday the series returns to LA for an interesting game six.

MLB Network has nationally televised regional coverage beginning at 8PM Eastern Time from Major League Baseball

Most of the nation will get a National League battle as the Philadelphia Phillies open a series against the St Louis Cardinals. Veteran right hander Joe Blanton is scheduled to start for Philadelphia as he will oppose Jake Westbrook for St Louis. Blanton was bombed last time out giving up six earned runs with nine hits and four home runs to the Red Sox. Westbrook allowed two earned runs in 6 1/3rd innings to the Dodgers on Saturday.

The rest of the nation will receive an AL central contest as the Minnesota Twins open a four game set against the Chicago White Sox. Carl Pavano throws for the Twins and the White Sox will counter with Phillip Humber. Pavano held Milwaukee to two runs over six innings on Saturday. After some poor outings following his perfect game Humber has got on track allowing three earned runs total in his past two starts.
