If necessary a game six is scheduled in the Eastern Conference playoffs as the Chicago Bulls will look to force a game seven in their series against the Philadelphia 76ers. The Bulls have been hit hard in this series with injuries. They lost Derrick Rose in game one to a season ending knee injury. Joakim Noah sprained his ankle in game three and was forced to miss game four. The Bulls announced he will not be in the lineup for game five. Noah is a huge loss for Chicago as well as he gave the team 15 points and nine rebounds a game in the playoffs with a shooting percentage of 73.1% from the floor.

If Atlanta can survive a game five at home they Hawks and Celtics will meet in Boston on Thursday night for a game six. This series has a good shot of making it back to Boston. The reason is the fact the Atlanta Hawks have gotten healthy as their key big man Al Horford returned to the lineup in their game four loss to Boston. Horford logged in 20 minutes as he returned to the Hawks rotation off the bench and finished with 12 points and five rebounds. He fell injured way back on January 11th missing 59 games. Through the first four games of the playoffs Paul Pierce is having a good playoff series averaging over 23 points per game with nearly 43% shooting from the floor for the Celtics.

The western conference series between the Lakers and Nuggets have their game six scheduled for Thursday night if the Nuggets can survive a game five in LA. The teams split their two games held in Denver in games three and four. LA won game three as their bench poorly contributed. The Lakers were able to exit Denver with a game four win as the LA bench chipped in mightily. The Nuggets are talking toughness following their game four loss so we could see some more physical style from Denver moving forward in this series.
