The action gets underway at 8PM Eastern Time over on TNT as the Miami Heat will play host to the Chicago Bulls. The Miami Heat will enter play with a record of 35-43. They have just four games remaining in the regular season and sit in the ninth seed of the Eastern conference just ½ game back of the Boston Celtics. Chicago holds the third seed in the East and will most likely have home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Miami got a much needed win on Tuesday with a five point home win to the Charlotte Hornets that broke a four game losing streak. Scoring had been an issue as the team averaged just 89 points in those four losses. It’s unthinkable that a Heat team with Goran Dragic, Dwyane Wade and Luol Deng can’t clinch a playoff berth in the Eastern conference. They struggle from the perimeter hitting 33.5% from three ranking 24th in the league. The Bulls have lost three of four games on the road with losses at Oklahoma City, Milwaukee and Cleveland with the win coming at Toronto.

The late night game will get going at 10:30PM Eastern Time on TNT as the Golden St Warriors are home to the Portland Trailblazers. Golden St has clinched the best record in the Western conference. As champions of the Northwest Division the Portland Trailblazers can finish no worse than the fourth seed in the west which brings home court advantage in the first round of the playoffs. Portland will be on a back to back in this spot after hosting Minnesota on Wednesday. Fatigue could be a factor in this spot as the team had to play a weather makeup game on Monday which required a cross country trip to Brooklyn. With their starters in the lineup the Warriors went into New Orleans on Tuesday and get beat 103-100. Klay Thompson had a bad game as his numbers on the road dip considerably from his numbers at home.
