The action begins at 8PM Eastern Time on TNT TV as the San Antonio Spurs will host the Oklahoma City Thunder. Both teams are locked into their seed for the playoffs. The Spurs holds the number two seed while the Thunder is locked as the third seed in the west. In all likelihood these two teams could be squaring off in round two of the playoffs. The Spurs had a shot at a 41-0 perfect record at home this season. They ran into a buzz saw on Sunday night as the Golden St Warriors came into town and earned the 92-86 victory and cover as a +3 ½ point underdog. The Spurs have dropped three straight. The first matchup between the Warriors and Spurs was won comfortably by San Antonio as Golden St had an awful shooting night. Stephen Curry had a good game hitting 13 of 22 shots for 37 points on the Spurs defense. San Antonio struggled from the field by hitting 37.8% from the floor and a miserable 3 of 17 going in from the three point line. Most of the starters played for the Spurs in the loss so it was not a rest night for their impact players. Oklahoma City is too playing out the string. They enter play with a two game losing streak having gone 1-3 on their road trip with losses at Houston, Portland and Sacramento with their lone win coming against Denver.

The late night game gets going at 10:30PM Eastern Time over TNT as the LA Clippers is home to the Memphis Grizzlies. The LA Clippers are locked as the number four seed in the Western conference. There is a question on who will be their first round opponent. Memphis and Portland are tied in the loss column with 38 defeats and sit tied for the fifth and sixth seed. The team finishing fifth in the conference will open up the first round of the playoffs on the road to the LA Clippers with the sixth seed drawing Oklahoma City.
