Notre Dame is favored by -9 points with the total of 62 ½ points. Notre Dame enters play at 10-0 and with wins against Syracuse and at USC will finish the season at 12-0 and will earn a spot in the Final Four. Fighting Irish starting quarterback Ian Book after missing last weeks game with injured ribs is probable for Saturday. Syracuse is 8-2 and has an NFL prospect at quarterback in Eric Dungy who leads a strong Orange offense that averages 485 yards and 44.4 points per game.

On ESPN TV at 7PM Eastern Time the undefeated Clemson Tigers have a home date with the Duke Blue Devils. Clemson is favored by -27 ½ points with the total of 57 ½ points. Clemson controls their destiny for a Final Four playoff spot with a 10-0 mark. Tigers come off the 27-7 road win at Boston College last week covering as a -17 ½ point favorite. Duke is bowl eligible at 7-3 and carries as two game win streak with the 42-35 home win to North Carolina.
