The heated quarterback battle at Clemson was won by the incumbent as Kelly Bryant got the start. Freshman Trevor Lawrence played as well hitting on 9 of 15 for 137 yards and three touchdowns. A PAC 12 showdown goes down at 8:30PM Eastern Time on FOX as the Stanford Cardinal will be home to the USC Trojans. Stanford has moved to a -4 ½ point favorite with the over under line of 54 ½ points. Stanford passed a major test last week in their 31-10 home victory to San Diego St. Aztecs had all five starters back to the offensive line and the Cardinal held San Diego St to 10 points. KJ Costello threw for 332 yards with four touchdowns and a pick. USC defense looked bad allowing 308 rushing yards for 7.2 yards per carry to UNLV in their opener. Bryce Love good have a big game on the ground for Stanford.
