The NBA returns to network television on ABC TV as the Cleveland Cavaliers will host the Chicago Bulls at 8:30PM Eastern Time. Chicago will be on a back to back in this spot after taking on Boston on Friday. The Bulls were embarrassed on their home court on Wednesday to the Golden St Warriors losing 125-94 and failing to cover as a +6 point underdog. They couldn’t hit a lick from three in defeat making just 1 of 20 shots from beyond the arc. The Cavaliers are a rested team having defeated the LA Clippers on their home court on Thursday by the score of 115-102 and covering as a -6 ½ point favorite. The Cavs have won two straight games by double digits after getting crushed 132-98 on Monday at home to the Golden St Warriors.

From college basketball at 12PM Eastern Time on CBS TV the Connecticut Huskies will host the Georgetown Hoyas. This is one of those non-conference games taken place during the middle of conference college hoops. That usually plays in favor of the home team. The home team has won five straight in this battle between former conference rivals. Connecticut carries a two game win streak.

On ESPN TV at 12PM Eastern Time it’s a battle in the Big 12 conference as the Baylor Bears will host the Oklahoma Sooners. Baylor has a perfect 13-0 mark on their home court. The Bears have won five straight after beating Kansas St at home on Wednesday in overtime. The Sooners look to rebound off a five point loss at Iowa St on Monday for their second loss of the season.

In prime time at 8PM Eastern Time over ESPN the Michigan St Spartans are home to meet the Michigan St Spartans. Maryland is just 2-2 in true road games this season. Michigan St has lost three straight games after dropping a 72-71 home decision to Nebraska on Wednesday night. The Spartans has allowed an average of 75 points per game during their losing streak.
