On ESPN TV at 7:30PM Eastern Time the South Florida Bulls have a home date with the Tulsa Golden Hurricane. South Florida is favored by -22 with the total set at 67 points. South Florida had their hopes for a perfect season dashed in a home loss to Houston. They rebounded last week with the 37-20 victory at Connecticut but not covering as a -23 betting favorite. Tulsa has had a down season at 2-8. They were crushed at home to Memphis last week 41-14 as a 14 point underdog.
